Group X Classes
Group Fitness has made a comeback! There’s no better way to compete with others in your community in a fun, calorie burning environment, that breaks up your same old workout routine.
To get you the results you are looking for be sure to try one of our many classes. These classes are meant for all fitness levels as our instructors take great care in making sure you are comfortable and safe in all of our classes. New to Group X classes? GROUP X CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Athletic Stretch: No time to stretch? Come join us for 30mins. During this half hour, you will learn some great stretching positions that will rejuvenate you.
Balls to the Wall: Learn how to sculpt your body using medicine & Swiss balls. This class is an hour filled with techniques that will strengthen your core and tone various muscle groups.
Booty Blast: Come Blast your booty into shape. This class will lift, tone, tighten and strengthen your gluteus Maximus, using weights and plyometric exercises.
Christian Flow: This is a Yoga style class taught to contemporary Christian music. Enjoy a refreshing devotional and fellowship during the hour.
Circuits–Featuring barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyometrics, body weight strength exercises, cardio intervals, and more. This class will improve strength and give you that toned physique you desire! Don’t miss out.
Circuits&Bells: This 55-minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements.
CIZE Live®: Think you can’t dance? With CIZE, anyone can dance. Your skilled Instructor will break down the moves, step-by-step, and gradually add on till you and your new dance crew can bust out the whole routine at the end of each class. Get ready to feel the rush, the music, the movement, and the adrenaline of dancing it all out! You’ll be so in the zone mastering the moves, feeling the beat, and wanting more, you’ll forget you’re working out!
Core: This is a 30-minute class jammed packed full of an array of exercises that will target all angles of the core.
Insanity Live®: In INSANITY Live®, Shaun T uses a method called Max Interval Training. It’s not your typical interval workout, you’ll do cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. It all happens in long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest so you can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour
Members Choice: This class is for you to choose from a variety of formats for 55-minutes, that is sure to give you the burn you’re looking for.
P90X Live®: Here you will combine a variety of exercise techniques, including strength training, cardio, yoga, plyometrics, and stretching.
PiYo Live®: Using your body weight, you’ll perform fluid, low-impact, high-intensity movements inspired by Pilates and yoga. The result? Long, lean muscles, a high, firm booty, and tight, flat, sexy abs.
Power Yoga: This class is for everybody! This workout is awesome and popular! This power yoga class is designed to tone, and detoxify your body. This class is for all levels from the beginner to the most advanced student.
Spin: Hills, sprints, jumps and intervals – spin has it all. If you’re looking for a fun-filled cardio workout with great music, come on in for a power packed ride. Max 10 participants.
Spin & Circuits: A great class for you to learn how to use an indoor bike. A portion of this class is spent cycling, you will also enjoy circuit training on the floor. This will help build stamina and endurance for all fitness levels.
Step & Core: Simple, heart-pumping step routines combine with strength training and core intervals to give you a complete cardio and core workout. This is an excellent class for all skill and fitness levels.
Total Body Workout: Get a lean, sculpted physique with this fat-burning fitness plan that mixes different strength-training workouts with cardio.
TRX: TRX uses a system of straps and webbing to create a total body workout using your own body weight. These exercises are shown in progressions so that anyone can join and work his or her own way up to the more advanced moves!
Turbo Kick: Turbo Kick is a combination of kickboxing moves, athletic moves, and lots of fun combinations all perfectly in tune to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength & endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment. You will find the right intensity for you. All fitness levels are welcome to this class.
Yoga: Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline which aims to transform body and mind.
Zumba: Combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. Come dance with us!
